Every project begins with a paid consultation. This allows us to assess your space, understand your goals, and determine project feasibility, scope, and budget expectations.

2. Planning & Design
After the consultation, we develop a clear project plan that may include layout concepts, material selections, timelines, and contractor requirements.

3. Contractor Sourcing & Coordination
We source, vet, and coordinate licensed and insured contractors on your behalf. We manage scheduling, communication, and expectations throughout the project.

4. Project Execution & Completion
We oversee the work from start to finish monitoring progress, coordinating inspections, and addressing issues to help ensure the project is completed as planned.

Stafford Coleman LLC operates as a renovation management and coordination firm. We do not perform construction work directly.

Consultation Fee
A consultation fee is required prior to any planning or project work. This fee covers assessment, planning time, and project scoping.

Project Payments
Once a project is approved:

• Clients make payments directly to Stafford Coleman LLC
   
• We then disburse payments to contractors according to agreed project milestones
   

This structure allows us to:

• Manage budgets efficiently
   
• Coordinate contractor payments
   
• Maintain accountability and project flow
   

Payment Schedule
Projects typically follow this structure:

• Initial Deposit – due before work begins
   
• Progress Payments – tied to project milestones
   
• Final Payment – due upon project completion
   

All fees, timelines, and payment schedules are outlined in writing before the project starts.
